i. SCOPE OF WORK

• In 1st phase of work we are going to provide you BIM model of your project which includes
the complete modeling of base work like foundation details then column layouts, structural
frame works , shear wall , structural walls and all category of partition walls with layers .

• also it will have each and every elements which is mentioned above in architecture as well as
in structural part.

ii. QUALITY OUTPUT

• Provide assistance to evolve optimum solutions, based on preparation of 3D BIM model

(Virtual Construction) of the complete building with architectural, structural and service
drawings released by your respective engineers/ consultants.

• Drawing –Perspective view matching and generation of discrepancy and solution.

iii. DURATION

• We can commence our work within a period of this month after receiving the work order
and receiving the design drawings, whichever is later. Also we will show you the progress of
our work in between any day.

iv. PROJECT DELIVERY

• As per the discussion the delivery of project will be in the form of 3d BIM model and host
software will me Autodesk Revit 2022 version.

iv. FEES BREAKDOWN , CHARGES AND SCHEDULES

• Cost of preparation of 3D BIM model Phase – 01 as per architectural & structural drawings
and also as per discussed rate i.e 50k INR plus taxes.

• In phase – 2 & 3 their will be the upgradation and addition in BIM model which includes
HVAC , electrical lines , piping lines and also some compressors.

• For phase 2 & 3 we are going to work on hourly basis as per discussion.
