creations. Our jewelry is handcrafted in Tandag City using only sustainably gathered
seashells. Each piece tells the story of an ocean conservation initiative, and we

The Business is owned and managed by a partnership of three (3) members.
Each will focus on managing a specific department such as finances, production
and sales but all major decisions that affect the business as a whole are decided by
a three way discussion between the owners. The business has decided on this
method of organization to allow for a more streamlined process in which each
department can handle internal issues quickly without affecting the management of
the other departments.

Since the business is initially a small venture no extra staff is being hired, but
additional workers can be hired as the business scales and expands. For now the
3 owners are the only manpower available for the business, working Monday-
Saturday, breaks on Sunday and Official Holidays and every end of the month,
