Introduction
The undersigned is a student of the ABM Strand of the University of the Southern
Philippines Foundation is conducting a study entitled The Influence of Commuters
Satisfaction on Ride Hailing App towards Students’ Preferences. This is part of our
requirements in Inquiries, Investigation, and Immersion. We are inviting you to
voluntarily participate in the study.

Purpose of the Study

The purpose of this study is to determine commuters’ satisfaction influences the
students’ preferences towards the ride hailing app.

Specifically, this will answer the following questions:

1. What is the level of student’s preference in using ride hailing app in terms of:
1.1 Angkas;
1.2 Move it; and
1.3 Maxim
2. What is the level of commuters’ satisfaction in using ride hailing app in terms of:
2.1 Tangible;
2.2 Reliability;
2.3 Responsive;
2.4 Assurance; and
2.5 Empathy;
3. Is there a significant relationship between commuters’ satisfaction and student’s
preference?

Participant Selection
You are being invited to take part in this research because your knowledge and
opinions
can contribute to further our understanding of the significant correlation commuters
satisfaction and students’ preference in using ride hailing app. You qualify to participate
in the research in your capacity as a Senior High School Student.

Voluntary Participation
Your participation in this study is entirely voluntary. If you decide to participate, you
need
to sign this consent form. You are still free to withdraw your participation anytime.
During
the process, you can opt not to answer any of the questions you find too intrusive or
offensive. You do not have to give any reason for not responding to any question. Your
information will not be shared to anyone outside the research project. You may cancel
this consent at any time and without any reason. Withdrawing from the study means
that your participation in the study will end and information will no longer be collected
from you.

Risks and Benefits

Participation in this study has a minimal risk. If in any case, you may feel uncomfortable
in some of the questions, you may opt not to answer or withdraw your participation in
the
study. Your participation in the study will help us understand if there is any significant
correlation between correlation commuters’ satisfaction and students’ preference in
using ride hailing app. It will also identify the most used ride hailing app by the students.

Procedure
If you agree to participate in this study, you will be asked to answer questions related to
the topic. The questionnaire will approximately take 10-20 minutes. The researchers will
thoroughly review the adopted research instrument that they will be using for the
questionnaire and ensure that the questions are truly related to the study itself. After
which the researchers will then prepare a consent form and transmittal letter as a way to
formally show the respondents' willingness to participate in the data collection
procedure. The data collection will be through an online survey (via Google Forms).
Since the respondents are students, they will be given enough time to answer the
questionnaire knowing that they still have other responsibilities to accomplish. When the
responses are ready, the collected data from the respondents will then be examined by
the researchers for further analysis and interpretation. You may answer the questions to
the best of your ability.

Confidentiality
We assure you that all data gathered in the online questionnaire will be kept at the
highest level of confidentiality and will only be used for academic purposes. All personal
information of the respondents will be protected and will not be shared. In case of
questions or complaints about the research you may contact our research adviser Ms.

By
voluntarily submitting this form, you are hereby allowing USPF to collect, use, process,
