F. Discussion
So now let’s proceed to our discussion.
“Today class you will paint using your
fingers”
You will use the materials that I said
yesterday that you will bring today because
you will make any design that you want
using your imagination and also using your
finger

I have here an example of an artworks using

finger to paint.
Finger painting traces back to prehistoric
cave art. In the early 20th century, it gained
popularity among children and later became
recognized as a legitimate artistic form,
thanks to artists like Ruth Faison Shaw.
Today, it’s enjoyed by both children and
adults.

Explanation
Modern finger painting was developed by
Ruth Faison Shaw, who conducted a school
for American and English children in Rome,
Italy, from 1922 to 1932.

Finger Painting is the simplest artwork

process to do. It is a technique of making a
design by combining colors and fingers.

Good finger painting, designs are created by

using repeated shapes or lines and giving
emphasis on the contrast of colors, shapes,
and lines.

Finger Painting is the act of making a design

with the use of fingerprints. This art is
simpler than other Art processes because
artists can make different designs with their
fingers.

G. Application
You are an artist, now I assigned you to
make a painting using your finger regarding
what you imagine or what you want to do.
You only have 20 minutes to do that activity
