RESOLUTION NO. 29 Series of 2020

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING HON WILFREDO E TENORIO BARANGAY CAPTAIN TO ENTER INTO AND
SIGN A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT FOR LIVELIHOOD (HONORARIUM) LOAN FACILITY BETWEEN
THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT OF THIS BARANGAY AND THE RURAL BANK OF PARACALE

WHEREAS, the Rural Bank of Paracale has offered its livelihood (Honorarium) Loan facility for its
barangay units the maintain a deposit account whose Average Daily Balance (ADB) equivalent to the
total outstanding loan availed by the Barangay Officials:

WHEREAS, this Livelihood (Honorarium) Loan facility is available to all barangay Officials including the
Barangay Secretay, Barangay Treasurer, Ultilities, Barangay Workers and Barangay Tanods

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Barangay Kagawad Don O Juego and seconded By Barangay Kagawad
Aurea R. Factor

BE IT RESOLVED FURTHER, AS ITS HEREBY RESOLVED to authorize as it hereby authorizes Honorable

WILFREDO E TENORIO Barangay Captain of this Barangay to enter into a sign a Memorandum of
Agreement for Livelihood (Honorarium) Loan facility between the Local Government Unit of this
Barangay and Rural Bank of Paracale may prescribe on this matter

RESOLVED FURTHER that copies of this resolution be furnished the Rural Bank of Paracale for their
information, attention and favorable action,
