LEARNING ACTION CELL (LAC)

I. BACKGROUND/RATIONALE

As stated in DepEd Order No. 35, s. 2026 Learning Action Cell (LAC) is a session conducted
by group of teachers who engage in collaborative learning sessions to solve shared challenges in
school.
In connection with this, Bululawan National High School will conduct the LAC every Friday
or once a week in order to pay attention of all concerns and issues arise. For this, teachers of
Bululawan National High School may have great time to solve issues, develop professional growth
and enhance teaching strategies.
This activity composes of lecturers who will be able to impart the knowledge which teachers
would be benefited and it will help them to address the concerns and issues.
II- OBJECTIVES
a. To be able to address the concerns and issues of teacher in their teaching;
b. To be able to enhance the teaching strategy of the teachers;
c. To be able to develop professional growth.
III- TARGET BENEFICIARIES
Teachers of Bululawan National High School and School Head.

IV- TIME FRAME and VENUE
LAC will be conducted only one day, on September 29, 2023. It will start at 3:00 PM to 5:00
PM at Bululawan National High school Office.
