Healthy Person has following qualities:
• Health Conscious.
• Physical and the mental health.
• Daily exercise.
• Balanced diet.
• Health check up in fixed duration.
HOW TO BE HEALTHY?
How to be Healthy?
• Get vaccinated.
• Chill !
• Watch the packaging .
• Turn down the lights.
• Move to the country.
• Have a lie-in.
GET VACCINATED
Vaccination for what purpose?

• To be free from the pandemic like:


Corona Virus.
• For increase the immune power.
CHILL !
Ways to have chill !:
• Have a friend circle.
• Try to spend time with family.
• Never take stress about the past.
WATCH THE PACKAGING
What things should be watched in
packaged food?
• Watch the date of expiry.

• Nutrients contained in the food.


TURN DOWN THE LIGHTS?

• Blue ray preventive glasses can be


used.
• Less use of the computers and
mobile phones.
MOVE TO THE COUNTRY

• Explore more and more.


• Always visit the place with no
pollution once a year.
HAVE A LIE IN
• Early to bed and early to
rise.
• Maintain the sleeping
posture.
CRITICAL THINKING
What do you do to keep yourself fit ? What food do you avoid and why?
Answer: We can keep ourselves fit by following ways:
• Get yourself vaccinated if any pandemic occurs.
• Never have stress of any thing and always try to have chill.
• Watch the packaging of foods and the goods .
• Turn down the lights before 2 hours of sleeping time.
• Move to the country and explore new things.
• Have a lie-in early and get up early.
The following foods should be avoided because:
• Food which surpass the expiry date.
• Oily and the much fat containing foods.
• Food containing more amount of the spices.
• Food with low quantity of nutrients.
These kinds of the foods are really harmful to us as they crates different
kinds of the diseases and the effects our body parts. It lowers the
nutrients required for the body so we might have less immune system
which may affect our body.
So these kinds of foods should be avoided.
