Dear SK Chairperson’s:

Re: Agreement between Federation Officers and Federation Members

This letter is written to confirm an agreement between the SK Federation Officers and SK Members of
the Candaba Federation. The agreement pertains to a financial contribution that all members are
obligated to provide on each member's birthday within the federation.

Purpose of the Agreement:

The primary purpose of this agreement is to foster unity and support within the SK Federation of
Candaba. It is mutually agreed that each Chairperson shall contribute a sum of (______)on their
birthday. This financial contribution aims to assist fellow members in covering expenses related to their
respective birthday celebrations. This collective effort will serve as a symbol of solidarity and mutual
aid among the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) in our community.

Terms and Conditions:

The designated amount of (_______) shall be contributed by each Chairperson on their birthday.
Contributions are to be made in a timely manner, on or before the specified birthday.
The funds collected will be utilized for the birthday celebration expenses of the Chairperson
contributing and may also be used for the benefit of other Federation Members in need, as decided by
the Federation.

Duration:
This agreement is effective JANUARY TO DECEMBER 2024 and shall remain in force until either party
provides written notice of termination at least (________) days in advance.

By signing below, you acknowledge your understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions
outlined in this agreement.
