Dear Parents,
Excitement is in the air as we gear up for the grandeur of celebrating Lord Ram’s welcome to Ayodhya!
We, at DGKIS, believe in instilling cultural and moral values through spirituality. Thus, we would like all
our learners to be a part of this historic moment of ‘Pran Pratishtha of Lord Ram at Ayodhya’s Ram
Mandir’. To commemorate this occasion, celebrating our culture and tradition with togetherness and
splendor, learners of all grades will be participating in different activities.
Dress code:
MORNING PRAYER: Learners will recite the Hanuman Chalisa to create an ambience of serenity.
TO PAY HOMAGE: As our learners embark on this divine journey, they will begin the day by being a
part of the divine pooja of Lord Ram for which learners shall carry a marigold flower and a tea light
candle diya to seek blessings of the Almighty Lord Ram. The school has also organized a Havan to
ignite a sense of spiritual bliss.
JOY OF GIVING: Learners are requested to bring and share festive snacks with their classmates.
Instructions:
• Each learner will carry 4 base-coated clay diyas and decorative materials for the diyas.

• These diyas will adorn the school premises to welcome Lord Ram.
