DESCRIPTION

For efficient emptying of product lines up to 4” diameter pipe systems.

System is designed to recover up to 99% (depending on product ) of the product from the product
lines without using a foreign body in the line.
Skid mounted horizontal unit to suit up to 4” diameter pipe-work complete with integral control panel.
The enclosure is of grade 304, stainless steel. Unit is sound isolated to reduce sound to a level Lp< 85
dB(A) at 1 meter.
The cabinet enclosure contains 2 air receivers (total 600 L, AISI 304), an air pump with inlet air filter,
pneumatic control valves, plus necessary process gauges, all connected with grade 304 stainless
steel food quality pipe-work.
Before air gets into contact with your product it is filtered 3 times in the Fluivac as follows:
 Dust filter F7 for air inlet Air Pump.
 5 micron air inlet at pump.
 0,2 micron air outlet filter.
All filters have integrated measurement for pressure drop for preventive maintenance.
An integrated air cooler reduces temperature of air after pump with approx. 40°C.
System can automatically clear up to 100 different pipe sections by parameter settings.
System is equipped with safety controls to detect product back-flow.

PRODUCTS THAT CAN BE CLEARED

In general we say: “What you can pump, the Fluivac can clear out of your product line”.
Limitations are determined by delivered air pressure from the plant to use for 1st. process step and
pressure needed to pump related product through your process.
Important condition is that all product lines must be free of any leakages.
