seller
Inspection: By SGS (or equivalent inspection company) at the port of loading. The seller
guarantees that for each shipment of the goods quantity and quality
certificates will be provided after due inspections. These certificates will be
provided by SGS at seller’s expense.
Performance Bond: 2% performance bond (PB) of the monthly value of the goods by the
seller after confirmation of the bank instrument by the seller bank. The PB
is revolving for the whole contract.
