b. No further articles or claim in lieu of any article or articles
shall be made by the Petitioner/Wife in view of the return of
articles received by her under the ANNEXURE.4
c. A sum of Rs. 15,00,000/- is agreed to be received by the
Petitioner/Wife from the Respondent/Husband towards the
full and final settlement of all her claims including
maintenance and permanent alimony, past, present and
future and shall include for all and any other claims. No
further claims shall be made by the Petitioner/Wife under
any heads or for any other purpose in view of this settlement.
d. The Petitioner/Wife and the Respondent/Husband have
agreed to the receipt of all their valuables from each other
and they declare that there are no other claims against each
other either in cash or kind.
e. The Petitioner/Wife declares that she shall not initiate any
litigation towards permanent alimony and maintenance or
any other monetary claims now and forever in view of this
Joint Memorandum of Compromise and settlement arrived at
and filed in CMISNo. 270 of 2022 pending before this Hon’ble
Court shall be in full and final settlement and shall be
binding on both the parties now and forever.
f. The Petitioner/Wife agrees that she is bound by the
Judgment and Decree of Divorce granted by the Hon’ble
Family Court, Chennai in O.P. No. 787 of 2014 dated
16.10.2018 and she shall not agitate the same by any appeal
in view of this amicable settlement arrived between them
under this Joint Memorandum of Compromise.

Therefore, in view of the above, the Petitioner and the Respondent pray
that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to record this Joint
Memorandum of Compromise along with the ANNEXURE and take the
same on record and the case in CMISNo. 270 of 2022 on the file of this
Hon’ble Court be disposed of with suitable orders and render justice.
