Policies for Ministry of education

We ensure that we’ll provide the curriculum guidelines on minimum standards for school buildings,
equipment and other relevant facilities for pre-primary, primary, secondary, higher secondary and
professional colleges, through it’s relevant agencies. And also provide the curriculum for teachers
training and ensure that the teachers who teach in the institutions have the necessary qualifications, and
cause all institutions to be licensed, registered and regularly inspected by government education
inspectors.

Curriculum Guidelines:
1. We will define clear and comprehensive curriculum guidelines for each education level (pre-primary,
primary, secondary, higher secondary, professional colleges) that specify the subjects, learning
objectives, content, and pedagogical approaches.
2. We will consult with subject matter experts, educators, curriculum developers, and representatives
from relevant industries or professions to ensure the curriculum is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with
national standards.
3. We will consider the needs and aspirations of the students, local communities, and national
development goals when designing the curriculum.
4. By conducting pilot testing of the curriculum to assess its effectiveness and make necessary
adjustments based on feedback from teachers and students.

Teacher Qualifications:
1. Our education policy will establish clear qualification criteria for teachers at each education level.
This may include educational qualifications, subject-specific expertise, pedagogical knowledge and skills,
and continuous professional development requirements.
2. Our party will ensure to develop and implement teacher certification or licensing programs to ensure
teachers meet the necessary qualifications.
3. We will try to establish mechanisms for ongoing teacher training and professional development to
support continuous improvement in teaching practices.
4. To collaborate with teacher training institutions to align their programs with the established
qualifications and curriculum guidelines.
5. By considering alternative pathways, such as recognizing prior experience or alternative forms of
expertise, to attract a diverse range of qualified individuals to the teaching profession.

Institutional Licensing and Inspection:


1. To develop a clear process for licensing and registering educational institutions, including pre-
primary, primary, secondary, higher secondary, and professional colleges.
2. We establish minimum standards for school buildings, infrastructure, facilities, and equipment in terms
of safety, hygiene, and accessibility.
3. By creating systems for regular inspections by government education inspectors to ensure compliance
with the established standards and regulations.
4. To provide support and guidance to institutions to meet the required standards through capacity
building programs and professional development opportunities.
5. By establishing consequences for non-compliance, such as fines, penalties, or revocation of licenses, to
ensure accountability and maintain quality standards.
