Role Summary:
Responsible for business development, sales & booking of South India to achieve sales target & YOY growth in line with
management expectation aligned with company’s vision & mission by identify the key potential accounts, also to extend
support to Key accounts manager to implement A3 to develop MNCs at global level. He will be single point of contact for
all south region internal & external customers.
• Evaluate Business Potential - First analyze the existing business potential & opportunities by using various
methods such as SWOT analysis & Plan-Do-Check-Act method. This allows you to increase customer base,
existing opportunities & new opportunities for sales growth in assigned territory by ensuring customer
satisfaction.
• Build Sales & business development Strategies - Act as solution provider & consultant to customers, developing
short and long-term sales plan for the south region in line with organization expectation by coordinating with
internal & external customers to facilitate sales progress & to achieve set goals
• Leadership Activities - To coordinate and lead key customer accounts & projects by involving & engaging all
concerned departments of the organization to ensure pre-order & post-order support to our customers. Also to
collaborate with function heads to ensure robust sales process & voice of customers.
• Display Progress – It is very important aspect to monitor the progress in order to check whether the analysis,
strategies, business development activities, call frequency, new ideas etc., yielding desirable results &
determining the measurable standards Sales Target Vs actuals, generating detailed report regularly & updating
to GM Sales highlighting key areas / concerns
Role Expectations:
• Managing Direct sales in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Andhra & Kerala and managing the key accounts, key consultants
& end users across the southern part of India.
• Position company as long term solution partner by suggesting product enhancement or system optimization tools.
• Maintaining & expanding customer base
• Achieve regional sales operational objectives by contributing regional sales information & recommendations to
strategic plans & reviews
• Resolve problems, identify market trends, determine regional sales system improvements & implement changes
when necessary.
• Prepare & complete action plans to ensure quality & customer service standards & satisfaction.
• Meet regional sales objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing annual budget, scheduling expenditures,
analysing variances & initiating corrective actions.

• Establish sales objectives by creating a sales plan & allocation for each state of south India.
• Promote & recommend product lines by identifying new segment, application, new customers, new product
opportunities & services, surveying customer needs, trend & tracking competitors.
• To achieve sales target & YOY growth.
• Analyse gross margin, determine sales techniques, market penetration, promote organisation & reaffirm corporate
image, develop, present & sell value proposition.
• Manage significant opportunity pipeline to guarantee success & regional growth.
• Address potential problems & suggest prompt solution
• Suggest new products / services & innovative sales techniques to increase customer base & customer satisfaction
