Dear Parent,
As we near the mid of this Academic year, I feel immensely proud of our learners for their dedication and
participation in varied scholastic and co-scholastic pursuits. It is time now for them to assess their learning
and put in their best efforts in the forthcoming Half-Yearly Examinations. Please be informed that Half Yearly
Examination for Grades VI-VIII commences w.e.f. Tuesday, 30th August 2022.
Kindly note :

 Preparatory Leave: Saturday, 27th August to Monday,29th August 2022.

 The Syllabus for respective Grades will be uploaded on the school portal on 26th July’22. Kindly go
through the same. Comprehensive revisions will be taken up by the respective subject teachers. It is
important that the concepts are reinforced at home as well.
 Please note the items permitted inside the examination room:
 School, I card
 Face Mask
 Personal transparent water bottle
 Personal small hand sanitizer (50 ml)
 Exam related stationery in a transparent pouch
# SHARING OF ITEMS WILL NOT BE PERMITTED
# SMART WATCHES AND MOBILE PHONES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED (strict action
will be taken against the child in possession of the same)
 School timings for Assessment days will be 8.00 am-12.30 pm.
 Bus Dispersal: 12.30 pm
 Walker dispersal: 12.40 pm
 On the days of assessment, learners should carry a small bag with light tiffin. No learner will be
allowed to visit the cafeteria.
 Firm action will be taken against children using unfair means during the Assessments. If found guilty,
the child will not be awarded any marks.
 If a child misses an assessment/evaluation due to medical emergency, he/she will be granted
ML(medical leave) only on doctor’s certification. For all other reasons, child will be marked
AB(Absent). Please note- Neither a retest nor an average would be awarded to the child and only the
marks earned in the internals will be considered as final marks for absentees.
 It will be a regular working school (8:00 am – 2:30 pm) w.e.f. Thursday, 15th September 2022 and
regular Time- Table will be followed.
 Results will be published on Saturday,24th September 2022. Learners of Grades VI, VII and VIII can
view their progress profiles online on the School Portal www.lviscampuscare.org .

EXAMINATION SCHEDULE
FOR GRADES VI AND VII:
 The written exam for all subjects except Computer Applications will be of maximum 70 marks with
the time duration of 2.5 hrs.
Computer Applications:
THEORY TIME DURATION MARKS DIVISION FOR PRACTICALS (30 Marks)
40 Marks 1.5 Hours *Practical- 20 Marks * Viva – 5 Marks
*AB/NB – 5 Marks

FOR GRADE VIII:
 The written exam for all subjects except Computer Applications will be of maximum 80 marks with
the time duration of 3 hrs.
Computer Applications:
THEORY TIME DURATION MARKS DIVISION FOR PRACTICALS(40 Marks)
40 Marks 1.5 Hours *Practical- 20 Marks * Project- 10 Marks
*Viva – 5 Marks *AB/NB – 5 Marks
