Mawlavi Kabir asks EU to cooperate with UNAMA's report based on

Afghanistan in reconstruction projects misunderstanding, Mujahid
The United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan (UNAMA) has released a report evaluating the
humanitarian situation in Afghanistan over the past three months, which emphasizes the implementation of
Sharia laws and indicates UNAMA’s lack of awareness of Sharia laws and, in some cases, contradict them
with Islamic rulings, the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan said in a statement the other day.
The Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan has made considerable sacrifices to align Sharia laws with the
support of its people.
Hijab for women, the necessity of Mahram for women, creating a Sharia-compliant environment for
work and education for women, as well as the implementation of Sharia punishments by courts in a
legitimate manner—all of these represent the commitment and obligation of an Islamic government, the
statement said.
If UNAMA criticizes these matters or deems explicit Islamic rulings contrary to human rights, it
constitutes an insult to the beliefs and values of a Muslim nation, the statement added.
Mujahid also stated that the Islamic Emirate recommends the UNAMA refrain from stating baseless
remarks and criticizing religious and significant matters for the people of Afghanistan. The Kabul Times

For his turn, the Islamic Emirate’s Deputy Justice Minis-
ter Mawlavi Abdul Ghani Fayeq urged Iran to cooperate
with the Islamic Emirate in various fields, particularly on
issues relating to the Afghan prisoners in Iran.
Indeed, relations between Afghanistan and its neighboring
countries have a deep and long history and if considered and
respected all bilateral issues would be addressed and noth-
ing would remain harmful to the friendly ties between the
two sides.
Keeping thousands of Afghans in detention in the neigh-
boring ran, has no justification and persistence in imprison-
ment will cure no pain but lays negative impact on the two
sides relations further than ever.
Currently, more than 750,000 Afghans are studying in Iran,
and the Iranian side confirms.
They are mainly studying at primary and secondary schools
as well as religious seminaries, besides several million oth-
ers living as refugees in that country. So, the two countries
can never interrupt relations with each other but both sides
should strengthen work together for the welfare of both Muslim
nations and do their best to avoid any tension possibly, fu-
elled by malicious groups.

Muslims Ummah Water from Shah-wa-Aros dam

Today, the primary cause of
bloodshed in the Islamic world is

Yet the oppression and
