Sharon Jones is from USA. She lives in New
York. She´s into gymnastics. Every day she gets up
At 6 o´clock, she gets dressed and she runs for forty
minutes, then she goes home and has a shower. At 7
o´clock she has breakfast. She usually has some juice
and fruit, milk and coffee and toasts with jam. After
breakfast, she goes to the sports club and trains until
lunch. She likes healthy food, so she never eats fast
food. After lunch she goes swimming for two hours
and then she continues with body building exercises,
weight lifting and her gymnastics routine. Sharon
goes home at 7 o´clock, gets a shower and has dinner
with her parents. After dinner she watches T.V. for
an hour and goes to bed at 10 o´clock.

Mike Harris is twenty years old. He´s from England.
He gets up at 5.30 every morning, he goes running for an
hour, then he has a shower before breakfast. For breakfast
he has yoghurt with cereal, butter and toasts, some fruit
juice and coffee. After breakfast he goes swimming for three
hours then he has lunch at one o´clock. After lunch he goes
to the tennis club and trains for six hours. He finishes his
training at 8 o´clock, goes home, has a shower, has dinner
with his family. After dinner he sometimes reads, listens to
music or watches TV. Twice a week he goes out with his
girlfriend, usually at the weekend. He goes to bed at 10.30
everyday.
Mike wants to go to the next Olympic games, so he works
hard every day. His dream is to win a gold medal.
