NAME OF THE PROJECT

D'Orléans "events planner" was born from a concept of innovation in the


meeting tourism industry where not only quality service is important, but also
offering an unparalleled experience through the use of new trends in
technology.

BACKGROUND

The origin of this project was developed in Strategic Management, which


one represented a challenge endless, to adapt the proposal project to the
course requirements. So the final objective to the project in Strategic
Management, was to formulate different kind of strategies, according to the
typical problems which, many of organizations suffer them; mainly
management troubles like, human resources, directive, nasty
communication between organization’s people, financial, duplicity
functions, without descarte all the other troubles derived from the actual
sanitary emergency. So in with Strategic Management, brings the
opportunity to know a new side of the organizations.
PURPOSE

This project is distinguished essentially for betting for a new and different
proposal, on the meeting enterprises, which represents a highly competitive
environment nowadays; thats why it is necessary to propose an innovative
idea which looks attractive enough. This proposal is based to offer events
having the technological advances like a good ally, tough use of the
technological resources like video mapping, last generation lights and drons,
to give unique and different events.

LOCATION MAP : MACRO AND MICRO

Macro

It is a country located in the southern part of North America, and borders to


the north with the United States, to the southeast with Belize and Guatemala,
to the east with the Gulf of Mexico and the Caribbean Sea, and to the west
with the Pacific Ocean. It is the fourteenth largest country in the world, with
an area close to 2 million square kilometers.

Our company will be located in the Mexican Republic, our project would be
launched nationwide. Few event organization companies do not use
technology to be innovators in the area that we will specialize in.
Micro

Mexico City is the capital of the country, vibrant, multifaceted and always
on the move, it is the political, economic and cultural nucleus of the Mexican
Republic.

The Roma and Condesa neighborhoods stand out for their constructions of
different architectural styles. In addition to being an excellent option to go
out dancing, have dinner or have fun in one of the bars and restaurants in
the area.
The Cuauhtémoc mayor's office is known for hosting one of the most touristic
neighborhoods in Mexico City. For this reason, the company will be located
in the Roma Norte neighborhood. Street. Zacatecas #80. It is a building that
is located in the middle of the great avenues and in a place where
competition is minimal.
MISSION

Become a “five stars” business by making experiences, not just specialized to


organize particular or personal events like, weddings, fifteen years parties,
etc; but also, touristic special events, to support little, medium and big-sized
enterprises, within the national and international ambit. in the organization,
development and logistics of the their events trough consulting making more
efficient events.

VISION

Achieve to be a business with reconocement on many countries of The


Americas and Europe, on the special events organization, specializing on the
touristic activity combining technological innovation, creating sustainable
events, to be recognized by the quality service. achieving a mayor position
on the “Meeting Tourism”.

PHILOSOPHY

Be an innovative enterprise leader into “Meeting Tourism” sector, which


betting for the use of the last generation y Technology, to generate unique
experiences, with a quality compromise and satisfaction between the
consumers.

GENERAL OBJECTIVE

Looking for a consolidation like events planner enterprise, with consumers


diversity from a single person to a recognized big sized enterprises, know that
their events are organized by the best event planner events, that this one will
be new, punctual and unique.
The events not just will be nationals, but also will be internationals, to get the
attention from international clients.
So, in this way, get recognition, in the contryland and various American and
European countries.

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

 Have a frequent client portfolio.


 Attend in a digital way when encompassing other states.
 Innovating according the demand.
 Ask for a digital marketing expert, to attain international clients.
 Doesn’t matter how innovative we are, always must offer a plus to win
and keep the consumers.

BRANDING

The Brand description settles on the lions which meaning for us the force to
introduce us on the nationa and international target, so we included the
capitals letters of the Enterprise name (D’ Orlèans) like a monogram. Its name
is for a french northern city, which is important by its awesome architecture.
SLOGAN

We refer that if our clients, decided make their event with us, they’ll have
guaranteed that will be a unique and special event.

ORGANIZATIONAL CHART AND NUMBER OF EMPLOYEES

We consider that this organizational chart is lineal or vertical is the visual


representation that best adapt to show the chain of command, like the
departments be agroup and that department depend the employes by their
functions and the hierarchical relationships.
