    The Patin-ay National High School held their annual intramurals from November 23-24, 2023 with the theme of upholding team spirit and solidarity through sports. Seven school teams - the Green Vipers, Golden Phoenix, Blazing Warriors, Blue Eagles, Black Mamba, White Anaconda, and Gray Herons - presented their yells and salutes to get the crowd excited. The torch lighting ceremony opened the event, where national swimmer Janelle Cabusas led the athlete's oath. During the competitions, Ancap Villegas and White Anaconda were crowned Mr. and Ms. Intramurals 2023.

    Holds Intramurals 2023
    On November 23–24,
    2023, the Patin-ay
    National High School
    will commemorate its
    intramurals. Students
    gathered to participate
    in the event.
    With the theme "Upholding Team
    Spirit and Solidarity through
    Sports," Yell and Saludo's
    presentation of the Green Vipers,
    Golden Phoenix, Blazing Warriors,
    Blue Eagles, Black Mamba, White
    Anaconda, and Gray Herons got
    the crowd excited. The torch lighting and the
    announcement that the intramurals were
    open came next. Together with the
    participants, Princess Janelle Cabusas, a
    national swimmer, took an oath.

    As they fought for first place, the


    contestants for Mr. and Ms. Intramurals
    2023 walked to the stage to display their
    bodies and poise. White Anaconda's
    Ancap Villegas were crowned
