SHELL SCHEME BOOTH

A. Exhibitor's System Booth package inclusive of the
following:
• aluminum framing system
• panel board
• needle punch carpet
• fascia with printed cut out letters max 24
characters including spaces
• 1 pc. Information table
• 2 pcs. chairs
• 2 pcs fluorescent lighting
• 1 pc. Convenience outlet (max 300watts)
B. Deadlines:
• Additional orders: November 30, 2023 (both for schell
scheme booth and special designed booth
• Fascia Names
• Special designed booth: Design with technical drawing
and electrical plan/load.

RULES & REGULATIONS

FLOORING:
i. Color of carpet approved by the organizer is official.
ii. Any Exhibitor who opted to use own platform should
coordinate with Ideal Works for approval.
iii. Avoid dropping any strong liquid, paint or similar materials
as it may stain the carpet.

SYSTEM:
i. The use of nails, screws, tacks or any materials that may
damage the panels and framing is strictly prohibited.
ii. Use of strong adhesive/glue and similar materials to hang
your displays and items are also prohibited; use hooks to
hang them. You can only use double-sided tape (foam type
and clear one) by using masking tape first then the double-
sided tape over it. (explain more)
iii. Direct painting on panels is not allowed.
iv. Should you have panel/wall inside your booth, Exhibitors
should have at least 8 centimeters clearance on the inside
perimeter of the booth.
v. All Exhibitors using in-house designers/contractors or
subcontractors should submit the Design lay-out to Ideal
Works for proper coordination with regards to height, lay-
outing of carpet, and other technical concerns (especially
electrical loads)

FURNITURE:
i. All furniture provisions included in the shell scheme
package cannot be exchanged to other items.

ELECTRICAL:
i. Ideal Works supplies 300 watts convenience outlet
that is only good for standard appliance and computer.
Use of extension cord is not allowed; or rent a
convenience outlet from the booth contractor.
ii. Exhibitors must submit their power loading
requirement to Ideal Works on or before November
30, 2023, for proper installation of electrical wires and
to avoid power interruption during Exhibit proper.
iii. Only Ideal Works should carry out all electrical
connections, exhibitors must submit to Ideal Works all
electrical connections and tapping requirements.
iv. All electrical provisions included in the shell scheme
package cannot be exchanged into any electrical items
thereof.
v. Sound system contracted by the organizer must have
separate electrical line for their requirements
connected to the venue’s safety breaker.

OTHERS:
i. A surcharge of 50% will be added for all late orders
after November 30, 2023 & 100% of the original price
for all on-site orders. Cancellation done on or before
the deadline is FREE. Cancellation after the deadline
has 25% surcharge, and 50% surcharge for all on-site
orders.
ii. Outside Contractor:
•Exhibitors who availed raw space and will have an
outside contractor to build their stand, a charge of
P250.00/sqm plus 12% vat will be billed.
•Security/Performance Bond:
iii. ID: contractor’s ID fee @ P50.00 per person entering
the venue.
iv. Event ID will be provided by Organizer.
