Right Hand Thumb Rule

The cross product of two Vectors lies in the direction

perpendicular to the plane containing the two Vectors.

Place the side of your right hand on the first vector in such a
way that your fingers point in the direction of this
vector,and your palm faces the second vector. Then the
extended thumb point in the direction of the cross product
of the first vector with the second vector.
