OBJECTIVE OF THE STUDY

The objective of the study is to understand about positive psychology and to implement in our daily life. The
aim is to appreciate and discover our strengths and capitalize on them.

POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY

Positive psychology is a subfield of psychology that focuses on the character traits and actions that enable
people to have meaningful lives and flourish rather than just survive. The components of a good life have
been sought for by theorists and researchers in the subject. Additionally, they have suggested and put to the
test methods for enhancing wellbeing and life satisfaction.

METHODOLOGY

We have to take the VIA strength test which will tell us our top 5 strengths (Objective analysis) and we have
to ask our friend to tell our top 5 strengths from list of 24 strengths (Subjective analysis). Then we have to
choose our one strength and practice it for 5 days.
