Dear sir,
Pleasant good morning sir. On behalf of the owner, OSM Ship Management were
sending the following corrective action as per attached as follows:

A: Wing Tank Class 3

1. Upper wing tanks no.1 S.

-Deck plating found with spot of corrosion

-Side shell plating stiffeners welding found with some cravice corrosion
-Flushed manhole found corroded inside and outside

Corrective Action: Marine Manager advise Master to chipping inside and outside
painting completed. See pictures below.

Deck plate found corroded.
flushed manhole found corroded (inside and outside)

Pending Action: Request certified welder needed when installing the frame to pass the
Class PRS inspection our crew not expert to do this job and type kind
of
ship welding.

SCorrective Ation: The Marine Manager instucted the chipping and painting
inside and outside completed. See pictures below.

Corrective Action: Marine Manager instructed Master to chipping and painting of

pumproom (S) enigine (sand suctio) and pump and pipeline found with spot
corrosion. Derusting, cleaning and painting completed. See pictures below.
