11. Register finger in ABSHER activation Machine & Log in to the App and take your digital
iqama copy
12. Change SIM in to Border No to Iqama No
13. Open a Postal address in Saudi National Postal Address
14. Open a Bank Account in online in Al Rajhi/ SNB/ SABB and take MADA card
15. Take Saudi Engineering Council Certificate
16. If you need Driving License, please make appointment in ABSHER

Engineers (SCE) to verify the information and documents
attached to my application and any relevant information or
documents.
I acknowledge that all persons or entities requesting or
using this information will be released from any liability
arising therefrom, and I pledge that the copy of this letter
shall be true and faithful.
Moreover, I acknowledge that the attached certificate is
obtained from a recognized educational institute and is
totally valid through full attendance, and that this degree is
not forged in any way.
I also declare that I am responsible for my personal account
on SCE site; and that I am aware that no one else shall have
access thereto; and that I have applied to SCE personally
without intermediaries.
I further acknowledge that my academic certificate and all
information and documents submitted to SCE are true and
identical to their origin; otherwise I shall assume full
responsibility.
I acknowledge and confirm that the email below is my

are identical to the email and mobile number provided upon
submission of my application to SCE.
I undertake to deliver any document requested by SCE. I am
