Sub: Your comments in Daily Site Reports

With reference to your observation on DPR for Fire Station, Pls note that I have checked the past reports and would
like to inform you that activities related to MFS are repeated same for few weeks due to similar ongoing activities
like

 Completion of installation and rectification works

 MCC work and clearing the punch points
 Paint touchup, paver comments etc.

In Sfs, till Mid of Feb 2022, works were hold due to Manpower shortage and hence activities similar activities were
reported. You can see the change in civil/ Architectural Activities in reports with different resources as in attached
reports. Since February 15, we received extra manpower for MEP in SFS and different activities were reported.

Please note that I am monitoring seriously for the reports, even for the MEP activities also and I assure better
monitoring for such activities and reporting standards

I have attached few reports for your perusal.

Sub: Your comments in Workers CR Reports

This is with reference to your observation on CR for 4 Workers for which we have recommended excellent.

1. 4313 – Chinna Narasanah: He is helper by trade, and he is used as scaffolder. He works at height of 8-12 m
with no hesitation and with utmost safety by using all safety gears including harness

2. 4757 – Prodeep Chandra Das: He is helper by trade, and he is working as painter. It may also be noted that
we had Nil trade ALB painters and we trained him, and other such guys and they performed for us in many
cases where we had to handover rooms for MEP installation after 1 coat of painting

It is the multi taking capacity of these 2 guys which we considered for giving excellent ratings and the same
was specified in the reports.

3. 3754 – Paulraj kottaisamy: He is Mason by trade, and he delivered good performance in Paver work,
plastering and Blockwork. We had completed around 8000 SqM of paver work here and it was led by
around 4 to 6 mason team in which he was also there.

4. 6672- Mohammad Babul Pramanik: He can do Tiling, Block work including, Plastering and Paver work
and such works with good accuracy and finishing. That’s why he was given excellent for trade related
affairs and good for safety related performance

We would like to bring to your attention that its purely based on merits that workers CR form is filled, and no
partiality is done.

In our present condition with just 40 workers, multi taking and quality of workers becomes our face in front of
client, and we assure that we will do assessment of performance in fairest manner
