1. What are the benefits we can gain in learning the basic skills in Badminton?
When playing badminton you can make your muscles and joints move, helps in burning fat,
and can improve your health.
In order for us to properly play the sport and for us to not get injured.
3. How will participation in this sport allow you to become physically active now in the future?
Participation in this sport helps your Physical Fitness improve even in your adult days.
