Salary credit Campaign

1. In this campaign, customer needs to credit their salary as per the account segment they are
holding with Axis Bank. They can get in touch with HR, in case the salary is not getting
credited to Axis Bank salary account.

2. By participating in this campaign / offer, Users (hereinafter defined) shall be deemed to

have read, understood, accepted and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
“Users” for the purpose of these Terms and Conditions shall mean such existing Salary
account holders of Axis Bank residing in India and who receive a communication directly
from Axis Bank about the campaign via SMS, mobile notification, e-mailer on their
registered mobile number and/or email ID and who get salary credit between 12th Oct’23-
30th Nov’23 (during the campaign period will be considered for voucher). Salary credit
amount is mentioned in the communication (sms, push notification, emailer & as per the
communication received by the customer from the Bank). This campaign/offer is valid and
applicable ONLY in India.

3. Offer Details: Selected Axis Bank Salary account holders who get salary credit with an
amount as mentioned in the communication received by SMS, Push notification & Emailer
in their Axis Bank salary account between 20th Oct’23 - 30th Nov’23 EOD, will be eligible for
the Offer.

4. The User will be eligible for the offer only if, the salary credit with an amount as mentioned
in the communication received by SMS, Push notification & Emailer or more

5. Salary credited in your Axis Bank salary a/c during the campaign period will be considered
for voucher.

6. Eligible customer would receive an SMS/Email from Axis Bank within 45 days after the offer
end date. Customer has to register their claim for the Amazon e-voucher by reverting back
with an SMS within 7 days of receiving it.

7. E-voucher will be sent within next 30 days only on the registered email ID / Mobile number
of eligible customers who had registered their claim for Amazon e-voucher by reverting on
SMS sent as mentioned in point.6
General Terms and Conditions

1. This offer is made solely and entirely by Amazon Pvt. Ltd & this offer is available only to those
Account holders (“Customers”) of AXIS Bank (“AXIS” or “Bank”) who have received this
communication from Axis Bank. Axis Bank reserves the right to extend this offer to any
Customers as it may deem fit.
2. The offer is not en-cashable/refundable/transferable/extendable.
3. Any dispute that may arise with regard to the products sold shall be resolved between the
customer and Amazon India Pvt. Ltd and AXIS Bank shall neither be held responsible nor shall
it become a party to such dispute in question.
4. The discount offer cannot be combined with any other ongoing offers, discounts or promotions
by the Axis Bank or Amazon India Pvt. Ltd .
5. Customers are advised to read and understand the terms and conditions of Axis Bank and
Amazon India Pvt. Ltd before availing the offer. Axis Bank merely facilitates its Customers to
avail the offer and it is no way concerned or connected in respect of the product & services
provided by Amazon India Pvt. Ltd and do not provide any guarantee for the quality of such
product or the services provided and the Bank shall not be liable or responsible for any defects
in such product.
6. The Bank shall not be responsible or liable in any manner whatsoever for any deficiency, or
inadequacy in the services rendered by Amazon India Pvt. Ltd, its agents or representatives
and the Customer hereby agrees not to hold the Bank responsible or liable for, any actions,
claims, demands, losses, damages, costs, charges and expenses that he/she may suffer on
account of the Offer.
7. The decision of Axis Bank & Amazon India Pvt. Ltd in all matters in connection with and
incidental to this Offer is final and shall be binding on all persons.
8. All disputes arising out of or in connection with this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive
jurisdiction of courts at Mumbai.
9. Any person availing this Offer shall be deemed to have read, understood and accepted these
terms and conditions.
10. Returns/Refunds/Cancellation will be as per Amazon India Pvt. Ltd policy.
11. The Axis Bank reserve the right, at any time, without prior notice and without assigning any
reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and conditions or
to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or
to extend or withdraw it altogether.
12. The Axis Bank & Amazon India Pvt. Ltd shall not be liable for any claims arising due to Force
Majeure events or situations beyond their reasonable control.
13. The terms and conditions shall be subject to applicable regulatory guidelines and prevailing
laws & regulations amended from time to time. The Bank shall have the liberty to
modify/discontinue the terms of offer based on the prevailing laws and regulations at any
point of time and neither party shall be under any liability or obligation to continue
implementation of the said offer till such time the terms are modified as per prevailing or
amended laws & regulations at that point of time. In the event the terms of the offer cannot
be continued without total compliance of prevailing laws/regulations at any point of time then
this offer shall be deemed to be terminated forthwith from the date when the amended law
restricting/prohibiting the term.
