1. REASON FOR SECURITY PROTOCOL

Airbus Directive A1139 – Sanctions, Embargoes and Screening Requirements states the
mandatory requirement to:

 Screen Visitors who intend visiting or engaging with Airbus Southern Africa (Pty) Ltd
(AZA), or Applicants who seek Employment with AZA.
 Inform Visitors in advance of the Airbus Rules/Regulations/Protocols pertaining to
an on-site visit.

It is mandatory for you to be accompanied by your host for any movements around the site.

You will be provided with a Visitor Access Badge which is mandatory to wear and must be visible.
The Badge must be returned to the reception at the end of your visit on the day.

It is not permissible to take photos or any other form of recording of the AZA site in Midrand,
Johannesburg.

Your Health and Safety during your visit at our premises is of the highest priority. You are hereby
requested to strictly adhere to all of AZA’s Health, Safety, Environmental and COVID-19 protocols for
the duration of your visit at the site.
