The DISTRIBUTION HC VALVES GROUP is located between the refrigerant tank and the distribution line; it
uses a transfer pump RP2-HC (to be purchased separately).
It is an accessory that allows increasing the safety of the working area. It is connected to the charging
machine and to gas monitoring system (CERBERUS).
The system is composed by a frame of dim. 1500x700x1700 on which are installed the following
components:

 N.4 pneumatic valves manually controlled from the user (modality “MAN”) or automatically from
charging machine and from the Cerberus system (modality “AUTO”).
 N.5 manual valves.
 N.2 safety valves calibrated at 30 bar.
 N.1 Filter for refrigerant fluid (filter capacity 20 m). There is a manual valve for discharge of filter
refrigerant during the maintenance operations.
 N.1 Manometer for checking the pressure of outlet refrigerant (that can be excluded through
manual valve).
 N.2 flexible pipes for connecting to transfer pump.

The group provides two modality of working: AUTO e MAN.

The MAN modality is used exclusively for installation, maintenance and testing operations. With this
modality it is possible to control separately the pneumatic valves and the pump working.
The AUTO modality is used during the working phase. The pump and pneumatic valves controls are
checked on from the pneumatic signals MACHINE ON e HC SENSOR OK coming respectively from the
charging machine and from CERBERUS.

Are automatically managed the conditions of:

STAND-BY: the system allows the return of refrigerant to the tank; the pump is not working.
WORKING: the system supplies the refrigerant to charging machine through the distribution line; the
pump is working.
ALARM: The system stops and closes all the valves and stops the refrigerant supply; the pump is not
working.
