    A dog had a bone in its mouth as it walked home. When crossing a brook, the dog saw its own reflection in the water and mistook it for another dog with a bone. The dog began growling to scare the other dog, but this caused it to drop its own bone into the water. The dog lost its bone and did not gain the other bone it saw. The dog learned not to be greedy.

    A dog had a bone. He was walking home with it in his mouth .He had to cross over a brook. He
    looked into the water. There he saw another dog with a bone. The other dog he saw, was his own shadow.
    He wanted the other dog's bone. He was very greedy. He wanted more than he had. The dog began to
    growl to scare the other. When the dog growled his mouth opened and his bone fell into the water. The
    dog lost his bone. Also, he didn't get the bone of the other. The dog learned not to be greedy.
