A LETTERHEAD LETTER FROM YOUR BANK, THAT ENCLOSES
YOUR NAME, AND BANK ACCOUNT, WITH YOUR AVERAGE
BALANCE IN ZAR AND ITS EQUIVALENT USD OR THE EXCHANGE
RATE OF THE DATE IN ORDER PANAMA CAN CALCULATE THE
AMOUNT IN USD. THE NAME AND STAMP OF THE PERSON WHO
ISSUED THE LETTER AND HIS CONTACT DETAILS ON THE SAME
LETTER, AND THE LAST BANK STATEMENT.

Security reserves the right to study my Visa Application for up to 60 days to grant
or deny it. Hereby I also acknowledge of been informed that for this type of visa,
I need to apply at least 60 days before I have planned to visit Panama to be ad
hoc with the provisions of Executive Decree No. 863 June 21, 2011, concerning
applications for a tourist visa.
