VIII. MONITORING AND EVALUATION

Students keep track by offering evidence that the child's behaviour or status has changed
as a result of the nutrition intervention. They track results by gathering information on the
appropriate outcome indicator for nutrition (s). Students then contrast the most recent
findings with earlier status and nutritional. Identify the intervention goals and/or
benchmarks (also known as criteria) and assess the overall effect on the child's health. The
validity and reliability of outcome data collection are increased by the use of standardized
indicators and criteria.

 Two students will monitor if the vegetables were eaten.

 Two students will evaluate if the goal of the project were being met.
