Dear Sushi’s Jam manager,

I am writing this letter to demonstrate how disappointed I am with your services.

I had booked a meal in your restaurant which was very well rated and recommended by some friends, but the
night was supposed to be a beautiful celebration turned into a disaster.

I was expecting so much more than I received, I was expecting a service of excellence because of how the
restaurant is rated.

First of all, the reception was very unprofessional, the employee was not polite and demonstrated rudeness
when he was receiving us.

After we had a seat, we ordered our request and he made us wait for almost one hour.

When the employee finally arrived with our request and I complained about the time he took to bring our request,
he started to argue with me and my brother.

The food was absolutely great I have to admit it but the quality of the service was not appropriate. Maybe the
employee needs a formation or a short time course of good manners or maybe he has problems outside but he has
to learn to separate.

I have no idea it is the first complaint about it but I would like it to be solved.

I am deeply disappointed with the service I had received, you should review the people you let represent your
business when you are absent.

I would appreciate if you could take some providence about it.
