Gokul Ashram provides education and care for orphans until 8th grade but faces several issues. Organizations currently provide support like technology and healthcare, but the Ashram relies heavily on third parties. Living conditions are also inadequate, with unhygienic facilities and outdated resources. While teachers do their best, the educational standards may not prepare children for future jobs. Adani International School could help by sending teachers for training, upgrading computers and the library, improving classroom lighting, and providing activities to develop extracurricular skills through student interactions. This would benefit both the orphans' education and Adani students' community service experience.

Provide Present Support It is best to first mention the support the orphanage has already gotten, which plays an important factor in deciding what kind of help the school can provide to this place. Organizations have shown immense support by helping them use the growing capabilities of technology in their daily learning with the use of screens and ICT labs. They conduct monthly health checks in the Ashram and provide healthcare accordingly, including issues that come along with puberty and menstrual cycles. Sessions are conducted for students to develop interests in extra-curricular activities. Present Issues All the help that this Ashram is getting makes the Ashram dependent on third-party funding and support for essentials and modern-day educational standards. If anything goes wrong and the organizations stop doing so, this could cause a big problem. Another issue is essentials like living standards, hygiene, and sustenance. The Ashram uses the two rooms on the ground floor as a class during the morning and a sleeping room at night. The hygiene isn’t the best, there are multiple insects, an unclean environment, and not enough toiletries and facilities to run errands like washing their clothes. The eating area isn’t very clean and the utensils used to cook are unhygienic. Water dispensers are there, but the water isn’t purified. Another issue is the educational standards from both curricular and extra-curricular aspects. The computers in the ICT lab run Windows 7 applications, which are outdated for today’s applications. There are lightbulbs in the classrooms but they don’t meet the brightness needed to avoid eye strain while reading and writing. The teachers are reasonably well-taught and are doing their best to teach the children but in a competitive world like ours, a basic understanding of subjects like maths, English, and science will not set them on a path toward the kinds of jobs the children aspire for. The library and the ICT lab share the same room with there being seven computers and only one cupboard of books to read. The Ashram has equipment needed for sports the no fields to play on. The children take a good interest in extra-curriculars but there is only one session held every month to help them grow in these aspects. Possible Support Adani International School, being a school, can have the best effect on the aspect of education. We are a school that does meet today’s modern educational standards in all aspects. The Ashram follows the government board and provides education till Grade 8. The teachers need to have quality content and teaching to give a good scope to the children, this can be done by sending our teachers each month, or every two weeks, to train these teachers to support the children better. Another approach is regarding the Ashram’s resources. The computers can be upgraded to ones that run Windows 11, the library can be expanded, covering further topics than present. The lighting in classrooms can be improved and foldable desks and chairs can be provided to give ease to teaching in the classroom and their storage. Support can also be given by the children of this school. Having sessions once every two weeks or a month with the children of the orphanage, helping them grasp extra-curricular skills like speaking, writing, drawing, music, sports, and dancing, that may come in use in the future, even as a profession. This helps the students of Adani have an experience with community service alongside helping the orphans too.
