前言
1. Intr oduction
本手册是为托盘洗箱机的安全使用而编写的。
This manual is written for the safe use of Crate Washing Machine With Dryer
对于设备的安全运行和维护，操作人员和维护人员对安全问题给予足够的重视是非常重要的。

本设备适用于车间内当天使用过的托盘，严禁清洗长时间存放的超市、生鲜配送中心、各种代理产品的破损的托盘。如果需
要对存放时间较长的很脏的托盘进行清理，必须将泡池内的残渣、杂物、沙粒等物品清理干净，然后才能有序地放置在设备
中。否则，清洗效果不好，或杂物堵塞喷嘴，损坏泵。如过因此原因造成设备损坏，厂家不承担任何维修费用，请谅解。
3.This equipment is suitable for the pallets used in the workshop on the same day, and it is strictly prohibited to clean
the damaged pallets of supermarkets, fresh distribution centers and various agent products stored for a long time. If
you need to clean the dirty tray that has been stored for a long time, the residue, debris, sand and other items in the

bubble pool must be cleaned up, and then they can be placed in the equipment in an orderly manner. Otherwise, the
cleaning effect is not good, or debris blocks the nozzle and damages the pump. If the equipment is damaged due to
this reason, the manufacturer will not bear any maintenance costs, please understand.
清洗托盘尺寸：600*400*115mm;600*400*80mm;500*300*150mm;600*400*170mm.
如果超载，传送带将被太多的托盘堵塞。

电气元件采用正泰或其他厂家生产，性能相同。主开关设有过压、短路、过流保护，每组电机均设有开关，便于维护。
6. The electrical components are produced by Chint or other manufacturers with the same performance. The main
switch is provided with overvoltage, short circuit and overcurrent protection, and each group of motors is provided
with a switch for easy maintenance.
能源要求:3相380v，频率50Hz，端子接地(TN-S制) 总功率:27kw*380V*50HZ*3相电

用水量：自来水: 15L /min(仅供参考)，当接上新管道时，需要清洗干净后再接上洗箱机，以免损坏电磁阀

3. Installation and maintenance
必须有专门人员进行每项的保养安装工作，特别是电器部分必须有专职人员操作
将印有“在进行保养安装工作时，不能接近任何零部件”的标志（自制）放在显眼位置，防止有人去触摸控制面板或能源开关，
确认能源开关是否关闭状态。
使用我们公司指定过的零件来更换旧的零件操作结束后,请将各个安全措施归于原处
有任何疑问请根据指导书所示立即与我们公司联系，仔细核查此书的定期性检查所指的每一点。
There must be specialized personnel to carry out each maintenance and installation work, especially the electrical part

must be operated by full-time personnel

The sign (self-made) printed with "Do not approach any parts during maintenance and installation work" is placed in
a prominent position to prevent anyone from touching the control panel or the energy switch to confirm whether the
energy switch is off.
Replace the old parts with the parts specified by our company. After the operation is over, please put the safety
measures back in place
If you have any questions, please contact our company immediately according to the instructions, and carefully check
every point referred to in the periodic inspection of this book.

3.1 Installation suggestion
设备安装尽量靠近电源,减少电缆长度。

尽量靠近水源,补水注水方便。

尽量靠近室内排气出口处,方便将室内空气流通

设备安装地面要平整，在打湿后不会滑。

存放消毒剂的水箱，如果想让水在3个水箱循环使用，那么可以打开盖子，连接上管道，如果不需要消毒剂水箱循环，那么请
