2024 SCHOLARSHIP ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

This program provides educational scholarships to high school seniors and college students who have
financial needs, are interested in pursuing a degree in the arts or business, and demonstrate scholastic
achievement and dedication to the community. Only complete applications with all required supporting
materials received by the published deadline will be considered by the Terrance Richardson Dream.

Applicants are limited to only two scholarships from the Terrance Richardson Dream. Believe. Work
Foundation, Inc.

REQUIREMENTS for High School Students

● A completed application packet.

● A high school senior student and/ or young adult from Pulaski County Special School District, Little
Rock School District, North Little Rock School District, or Conway School District.
● Submit a completed application between January 1 - April 13, 2024.
● Complete a 300-word essay- Leadership Empowerment, the TRich Foundation, Inc. is dedicated to
enhancing our communities by empowering our future leaders. Describe how you can contribute
to supporting and empowering youth in our community.
● Minimum 2.5 GPA (high school or college).
● Legal U.S. Resident.
● Sealed official transcripts and letters of recommendation must be postmarked by April 13, 2024.
● Attending or planning to attend an accredited college or university.
● Copies of ACT (20 or higher) Scores (high school students only).
● High School Seniors submit two Letters of Recommendation. One from an academic teacher or
employment supervisor and another from a school official (i.e., a guidance counselor, a principal,
or an assistant principal) who can verify the student's scholarship.
● Letters must be in an envelope with the proper seal and signature of the guidance counselor. NO
PHOTOCOPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

REQUIREMENTS for College Students

● High School graduates from Pulaski County Special School District, Little Rock School District,
North Little Rock School District, or Conway School District.
● College students submit one reference letter.
● Minimum 2.5 GPA
● A completed application packet.
● Submit a completed application between January 1st - April 13, 2024.

Awarded recipients will be notified by May 4, 2024

2. OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPT (GRADES 2.5 or higher and COPY OF OFFICIAL ACT 20 OR

HIGHER SCORE): Transcripts must be in a sealed envelope with the proper seal and signature of the
guidance counselor. NO PHOTOCOPIES WILL BE ACCEPTED.

COMMITMENT

to pursue a career in Fine Arts, Music, and/or Business as defined in those documents. I permit officials of my
high school to release transcripts of my academic record and other information requested for consideration in
the T. Rich Foundation, Inc. Scholarship program. I understand that this application will be available only to
qualified people who meet the requirements.

I waive the right to access letters of recommendation written on my behalf. If selected as a T. Rich Foundation,
Inc. Scholar, I agree to attend the T. Rich Foundation, Inc. Leadership and Mentorship Conference and events
in Little Rock, AR.
