The object of this course is to present substantive law and practical know how in
regard to the pleading, drafting and conveyancing. This subject occupies a significant
role in way as it aims at making students able to learn to show how legal transactions
are influenced by the legal considerations. A well drafted document instantly attracts
the attention of the court. Any failure, however little, in bringing out the material
issues would be fatal to the matter under consideration before the court. Therefore, It
is pertinent to note that one has an accurate understanding of the concerned issues so
that relevant questions are brought before the court for successful adjudication.
Course Pleadings help students in their endeavour to understand basics of the art of pleading

and conveyancing.
The main objects of this module are-
 Highlight importance and usage of the legal drafting and pleading.
 Emphasize usage of different tools, techniques and related complications
involved in art of legal drafting and pleading
 Make student equipped of the adequate drafting and pleading skills.
 Sharpen student’s understanding to analyse the complicacies of task of legal
drafting analytically.
1. Articulate the argumentation process and apply the legal drafting abilities
during appearance before courts and tribunals.
2. Analyze the concept of Pleading and various rules of pleading and able to
