We, students of Grade 12 from the Information Communication

Technology (ICT) strand, section Gozon, would like to request
permission to conduct a research study entitled “Analyzing the
Cognitive and Non-Cognitive Skills, and Mathematics
Performance of Grade-11 Students at Angelo L. Loyola Senior
High School.” This is in part for our partial requirement for our
subject in Practical Research 2.

We would like to receive the total number of Grade-11 students in

order to perform our study. We can conduct our study using a
questionnaire based on other research questionnaires.
