the height of your cycling seat by 1.5cm or one notch.

Ok so4 this I want you to keep track of how much you
sleep and ensure you are getting enough rest.. As well as
continuing with your Stage 1 stretches, Stage 2 hanging,
Stage 3 diet changes, Stage 4 squats, Stage 5 diet

changes, Stage 6 sprinting, Stage 7 hang adjustments &
PNF stretches after your sprinting and Stage 8 cycling for
30 minutes (or 15km) on a bike every 2 days with gradual
seat adjustment, Stage 9 diet changes, Stage 10 Deadlifts
and Stage 11 calorific intake and counting.

So4In the next 30 days you will be doing:-
1) All the stretches from Stage 1.
2) 6 minutes of hanging from Stage 2(PNF style).
3) Drinking 2 litres of water everyday.
4) Eating the amount of protein necessary to equal your
bodyweight in pounds (lbs).
5) Doing 100 squats every 3 days as shown in Stage 4
6) Drinking 1 litre of milk per day, taking cod liver oil &
glucosamine supplements
7) Doing a sprinting session within 24 hours of your
Stage 4 squats.
8) Doing 3 PNF stretches right after your sprinting and
doing PNF style hanging to replace your normal
hanging from Stage 2.

9) Cycling for 30 Minutes (or 15km) every 2 days4 then


gradually adjusting the seat height when you feel
ready to allow your legs to grow longer.
10)...Eating a portion(150-200g) of pineapple every day
before 2 separate meals with large protein content
per day.
11) Doing 5 sets of 10 reps of dead lifts every 3 days.
12) Increasing calorific intake and counting calories.

13) Keep track of how much you sleep and ensure you
are getting enough rest.

Sleep is a really important part of the growing process.

Most of the changes that will take place in your body will
come into effect whilst you are asleep – during your
bodies rest period. So if you are not getting enough sleep
you are detracting from that process and your body is
unable to make the changes it needs and also it will not be
able to effectively replenish itself so that it is ready and

able to grow taller.

The Science Bit4

A number of hormones are needed to stimulate the body


and cause various biological actions in the blood, organs,
muscles and bones.

A protein hormone called HGH (or “human growth


hormone) that is secreted by the pituitary gland is the key
thing that cause these actions to happen. Several things
cause and effect its production, including nutrition,
exercise, stress and most importantly, sleep.

Even though HGH is produced primarily throughout the


day the most intense period of release is shortly after the
start of deep sleep.

So How Much Sleep Do You Really Need?

The optimal amount of sleep needed is between 8-10


hours of uninterrupted sleep a night. For example if you go

to bed at 10pm and fall asleep at 12:00 (Midnight) you
would ideally wake up at either 8am or 10am.

Most people due to their lifestyles find it hard to get 8-10

hours of sleep a night. So whilst the optimum amount is 8-
10 hours the minimum amount would be 6 hours.
Therefore, if you go to bed at 10pm and fall asleep at
12:00 (Midnight) you would wake up at 6am.

It is important to consider the amount of time that it takes
you to fall asleep as you need to make sure that the sleep
time that you are getting is actually enough.

Help Getting To Sleep

There are various tricks and devices to help you fall
asleep and the truth is you know what works best for you.

Below are a few things that can help.

• Ensure that your bedroom is dark (close doors and


curtains) and that your bed is comfortable (the most
comfortable sleep position is on your side with a
single pillow supporting your head).
• Watch a relaxing movie in bed – this will help you to
drift off naturally and it is usually a good measure of
the time it takes for you to fall asleep.

• Listen to relaxing music in bed – this can help soothe


you and get you into a drowsy and relaxed state of
mind.
• Read a chapter or two of a book – this will help tire
your mind and soothe you into slumber.

Things to avoid:

• Drinking thin liquids right before bed – this will only
wake you in the middle of the night (a better
alternative is thick liquids such as a protein shake,
which will ultimately be more satisfying).

• Watching a film that will get you pumped up and
ready for action. You need to feel relaxed to get a
night of uninterrupted sleep.
