[CBC] EMPLOYER BRANDING COLLABORATOR

JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview
VNG is currently looking for an Employer Branding Collaborator who will be responsible for
building and maintaining employer presence on social media. You will gain hands-on experience
in branding and communication by working on challenging, meaningful projects with guidance
from mentors. You will also have the opportunity to work directly with core members of our
high-performing team and will have the following responsibilities:

Responsibilities
● Assist to monitor the social media ecosystem of our company (Facebook, Instagram,
TikTok, Linkedin, etc)
● Develop engaging, creative, innovative brand content for regularly scheduled posts,
which resonate with our target audiences while maintaining a consistent brand image.
● Work with all aspects of social media and brainstorm with the project team leader to
plan, create and execute campaigns.
● Keep track and update our social media pages with compelling corporate news.
● Work with the design team to produce creative assets, photo albums.
● Track and report on social media insights (traffic, engagement rate, impressions,
community growth)
● Respond to questions and comments on our social media pages in a timely and
appropriate manner.
● Other relevant tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Requirements
● Proven experience in social media management with a passion for all things digital.
● Copywriting skill in both Vietnamese and English.
● Creative, detail-oriented, and a natural multitasker.
● Excellent organizational and time management skills.
● Have a can-do attitude with willingness to adapt to change and a constant desire to learn
and improve.
