Procedure and execution
You have now sent an enquiry which is being assigned to
a Tour executive. She/He would call you immediately

During this call, we understand your interests and


expectations. The call will be for 10-20 minutes

Considering your inputs, we finalize on the places to be


visited

Hotels, Houseboat, and Vehicle will be suggested as per


your interest and budget

With this, an itinerary with places of visit, sightseeing,


stay and travel will be sent to you with rate of package
Once itinerary is finalized, You can transfer advance to book the tour

The reservations dept. will do hotel booking and update voucher once booking is completed

In few cases, if any of the hotel is not available, this will be communicated to you and shall provide
alternate options where rate of package increase or decrease depends on the hotel selected

We confirm this only with your consent and in case you are not satisfied with new options, full advance
paid will be refunded but need to inform with in one day

Travel desk will do vehicle booking and forward driver details one day prior to arrival

For Cochin Arrival - the driver picks you and bring to refreshment room and will be received at our
office in case if arrival is early morning. Else you will be received at our office
• Our Director meet you and explains the itinerary

in detail to make sure all communication is


made correctly. On confirming this, you can

transfer balance amount to company account.

• Our customer care executives take feedback


everyday to make sure the trip is going smooth

• In case of any issues, the same need to be


informed us at the moment and we resolve it

• On the last day, the driver drops you as per

itinerary

Itinerary Preparation
• An itinerary should be prepared
considering travel time and sightseeing

• While preparing an itinerary, your interests


and preferences need to be understood
clearly which require minimum 10 minutes

• Please provide enough time for sales


executive to talk to you to understand the
same
• While selecting Hotels, always provide your
preference of stay - Some hotels are away
from town, some are with in town, some are

resorts, some are building blocks.


• Vehicle should be selected considering

luggage space too

• Avoid late night travels for better

safety. Book only with govt. approved

tour operators and with proper GST

invoice. Evading all these put you and

family at risk, in case of an emergency

• If you are opting for Houseboat stay,

please select good houseboat even if

the charges are little more. The base

category Houseboat is Deluxe, then

Premium and Luxury.
