Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Job Profile: ‘The CEO is at the helm of operating the Hub to achieve its objectives and is expectedto play a pivotal leadership role in establishing the Hub by «# Setting a milestone-driven roadmap for IDEAS to fulfil its mandate and achieve financial self-sustainability, based on the outline laid in the Detailed Project Report (DPR) submitted to NM-ICPS, # Implement a roadmap for generating revenues to make IDEAS financially self sustainable beyond the initial Grant-in-Aid period of S years. «Facilitating collaboration among all stakeholders (researchers from ISI and other universities, technical staff of the hub, industrial partners and start-ups) to fulfil the mission of the hub and steer their technologies/IPs towards commercialization, * Conceptualizing and executing various programs to foste transfer, scout for investing in and supporting new start-ups. © Coordinating product development, project management, business development, finance andgeneral administration of the hhub, among others, Establishing an innovation ecosystem by interacting, selecting and onboarding a robust group of mentors, investors and business advisors. ‘© Ideating and suggesting the Hub Governing Body (HGB) and Board of Directors (BoD) of the Hub on innovative prospects be explored for independence and sustainability. © Establishing the staff structure at the Hub and recruit manpower as needed for its operations. © Managing efficient and seamless operations; define policies and roll-out processes for managing granted projects and incubated start-ups; define measurable goals; ensure utilization of operating expenses as per budgets, support team in achieving their milestones; collaborate and build a high-achieving team; ensure compliance related to all applicable laws, IP ownerships ete. * Stay updated with the latest developments globally in the core areas of relevance to the IDEAS. «Staying updated on the availability of funding agencies. © Working under the Project Director and the company leadership in promoting the objectives of the IDEAS. Essential Qualification and Experience: © B.Tech / B.
