1. This license does not entitle the license to carry on business of any class or nature other then
described here in above.
2. License shall display the license prominently in the place of business.
3. The license shall furnish such information as may be required of him and shall carry out such
instruction as may be issued from time by the licensing authority.
4. The license shall keep accounts in a register in form No.3.
5. The license shall at all reasonable time afford full facilities to the licensing authority or any other
Person authorized by him in this behalf to inspect the place of business or go down or storage of
commodities or any documents relating to the business.
6. The license shall not sell or store for sale any commodities or which are unfit human
consumption.
7. The license may be cancelled on the event of contravention of any of the provisions of the
Tripura District Council Trading(Licensing and control) Regulation, 1989, Tripura District Council
Trading ( Licensing and Control), rules 1991 or any condition of this license.
