I am writing to formally bring your attention to the challenging circumstances faced by the residents of
urban areas within Davao De Oro, particularly in light of navigating floods and landslides.

The impact of these situations has left many families in distress, facing difficulties in accessing basic
necessities. On behalf of Unified Bukidnon Overland Expedition (UBOX), I am reaching out to request
your support on our DONATION DRIVE in providing essential relief goods, including but not limited to
non-perishable food items, bottled water, hygiene products, clothing, and basic medical supplies. Your
assistance will go a long way in helping families rebuild and recover from the challenges they are
currently facing.

I am aware of the tireless efforts your office puts into addressing the needs of our community, and I
believe that with your leadership, we can make a significant difference in alleviating the hardships faced
by our fellow Filipinos.
If possible, I am willing to coordinate with your office or any designated representative to ensure the
efficient distribution of these relief goods to the identified urban areas in need. The release of relief
goods is on February 11, 2024 at Davao De Oro.

this request. Your support will undoubtedly make a positive impact on the lives of those in the
community who are currently struggling.
