TERMS OF REFERENCE FOR SUPERVISOR

Supervise the operations of the hotel and ensure all functions are efficiently
working.

This includes:

 Over seeing front office operations.


 Help in co-coordinating guest arrivals and departures.
 Adequate service of breakfast that staffs have all breakfast items made and
replenished when run down.
 Ensure breakfast used up cutlery and cookery (plates, cups etc) are cleared
in time.
 Ensuring thank guards report on and sign off duty in time.
 That guarding duties are ably performed.
 Ensure sparkling cleanness is maintained at times, dusting, mopping,
changing tables, linen, dining tabletops etc.
 Ensuring toilets in the restaurant area and bath rooms in the rooms are
clean at all times and constantly replenished with toilet papers.
 Rooms are cleaned and replenished in time for the next day’s sale.
 Requisitioning for the required items for all departments and done in time.
 Purchases for perishable items like milk, bread, fruits and vegetables are
done in time.
 Reconcile accounts with receptionists, bar and restaurant accounts
personal.
