Over seeing front office operations.
Help in co-coordinating guest arrivals and departures. Adequate service of breakfast that staffs have all breakfast items made and replenished when run down. Ensure breakfast used up cutlery and cookery (plates, cups etc) are cleared in time. Ensuring thank guards report on and sign off duty in time. That guarding duties are ably performed. Ensure sparkling cleanness is maintained at times, dusting, mopping, changing tables, linen, dining tabletops etc. Ensuring toilets in the restaurant area and bath rooms in the rooms are clean at all times and constantly replenished with toilet papers. Rooms are cleaned and replenished in time for the next day’s sale. Requisitioning for the required items for all departments and done in time. Purchases for perishable items like milk, bread, fruits and vegetables are done in time. Reconcile accounts with receptionists, bar and restaurant accounts personal.
