THE EVOLUTION OF TECHNOLOGY IN EDUCATION

Being a doctor, an IT expert, an entrepreneur, a good friend, a responsible member of

society - all these things are something we do all our lives, and education can help us become
better at everything we do because nothing better illustrates the importance of education than
the fact that it is one of the fundamental human rights.
There is a close relationship between today's technologies and education:
technological advancement is a consequence of the development of education and education,
in turn, benefits from these advances.
The fact that technology is with us everywhere, is a good enough reason to change the
way young people assimilate information as well as the successful implementation of online
learning programs in order to facilitate access to information and courses which in turn have
greatly improved not only the teaching / learning process, but also the relationship between
students and teachers and the relationship between parents and students. Tablets, laptops,
smartphones and many other online programs or platforms facilitate learning, make it more
attractive and dynamic, but cannot replace the teacher.
The Google generation needs to learn how to use the internet, how to filter the correct
information stored on many sites, how to process and learns it, and then turn it into
knowledge and apply it where needed. They need a teacher to make it all possible.
The three key ingredients for the optimal integration of technological innovation in
schools are:
1. Permanently updated technological infrastructure and digital resources;
2. Teachers - when teachers constantly collaborate, collaboration becomes a tool for
learning and exchanging good practices.
3. Consistent educational policies.

So , technological evolution in education means not only the acquisition of knowledge

that will provide us with good jobs, successful careers and a comfortable life, but also the
adoption of fundamental human qualities, such as the ability to distinguish good from evil,
the importance of altruism and having self-care, all this will help us to become better people.
Education gives us the most fundamental human value of all - freedom, by allowing
us to choose what we want to learn and, finally what we want to be, how we want to live.
