Sir,
As per your para 1, we are always ready to perform our part and the person from your side
called us at 12:14 PM and 12:23 PM for the verification of the concerned spot and meeting
was arranged between 1:30 to 2:00 PM and I reached at the concerned spot around 1:30 PM,
but no person was present from your side and your concerned investigator with his mobile
number 7814178105 gave us lame excuses for more than 1 Hour as he was saying - "Sir Aa
gya, Sir Aa gya". And it led to my mental harassment.
For the same, we have made a video of the concerned spot when we reached over there at the
time mentioned by you and we have sent the video on Mr. Amar Sharma's given mobile
number 8510883282 at 2:18 PM but no concerned official reached from your side.
I have been always cooperating with you since the incident happened but not a single positive
was showed from your end.

As per your para 2, I mentioned you that its my personal life but I'm disclosing with you
that i was going to my sister's house at Kala Sanghiyan ( Alamgir Mohalla) for some personal
domestic work.

As per para 3, I am always ready to arrange the meeting despite of your query. And i want to
tell you that your employee/investigator has took the statement of Mr. Gagandeep which was
recorded on 18-09-2023.
I always prefer to use WhatsApp call and we don't have to records for that call details
because my WhatsApp privacy/disappearing of messages is activated only for 7 days in my
mobile in which all the details are automatically deleted after 7 days. Even on that day 29-
08-2023, I called Gagandeep on WhatsApp Call for helping me.

As per para 4, I had never reported for loss of my number or mobile phone, your allegations
about this statement is false. I think that it is your malifide intention to not to give the
claim of my vehicle for your above conduct. I will complaining the whole matter IRDA
for further necessary actions and even going to file a complaint against your
employees/associates for this misconduct and harassment happened to me.
