 Terms and Conditions
1. Validity: (30) days as of October 12th, 2020
2. Prices are in Jordanian Dinars.
3. Prices do not include sales tax. 16% sales tax must be added to the quoted prices
as per current Jordanian Laws and Regulations. For any changes, which may occur
on the Sales tax rate regulations, the prices will be changed accordingly.
4. Delivery for License: Within (2-3) weeks from order date and receiving payment.
5. Payment Terms:
 For License renewal: 100% upon order.
 For Local Support Services: 50% upon signing the contract & 50% after six
months.
6. Contract start from 01/01/2021, with the same current contractual terms and
conditions (SLA ref. 291/2017)
