History and Overview.

Tesla has been in business since 2003. Formerly named "Tesla Motors," the company changed its

name to "Tesla, Inc." in 2017. Though Marc Tarpenning and Martin Eberhard founded the

company first, Elon Musk is its most well-known face. After investing $30 million and being

named to the board, Musk did not first join the firm until 2004. While serving on the company's

advisory board, Eberhard resigned as CEO in 2007. A short-term replacement for him at Tesla

was investor Michael Marks. The greatest change has been the company's gradual transition into

an electric battery and electric car business.

Competition

Automotive, energy storage, and solar energy are three fields in which Tesla has competition. In

addition, we think that competition for our car offerings as a platform for delivering other

features and services, charging solutions, and self-driving technologies is growing. To stay

competitive in this emerging market, we plan to keep improving our infotainment offerings,

Supercharger network, FSD and neural network capabilities, Autopilot, and other features.

An LEED Silver certified water facility is owned by Tesla in California.

According to the U.S. Green Building Council, the country's premier authority on sustainable

design, "The Tesla Treatment Plant has achieved its Leadership in Energy and Environmental

Design (LEED) Silver certification." The Tesla Treatment Facility was acknowledged for its

capacity to treat up to 315 million gallons of drinking water sustainably and effectively every day

for around 2.6 million people living in the San Francisco Bay Area, based on data collected over

the course of a year to highlight its performance advantages. According to Stantec Consulting's
2023 report, "The Tesla Water Treatment Facility was designed by Stantec Consulting and

constructed by PCL Construction Inc."

Summary

Together with its shares, Tesla is a very valuable firm. Owing to global trends toward

environmental sustainability, the firm has enormous potential. Being a profitable and

ecologically aware business, Tesla is valued in my opinion. I believe there is a lot of opportunity

for investment in this firm.
