Business Plan: Golf & Recovery Retreat

Founders' Story: Corey and Jon, connected by their love for the band Phish,
met in a Phish Golf Facebook group. After successfully organizing a golf
tournament before a Phish concert in Atlantic City, they realized their shared

Mission Statement: To establish a luxury Golf Retreat for


Intermediate/Advanced golfers seeking progress in their recovery and golf
game. Our highly curated experience combines golf, fitness, wellness, and
personal growth—focusing on the interconnected aspects of Mind, Body,
Spirit, and Golf.

Why: Our goal is to unite men who are deeply passionate about golf with
those seeking support in their recovery journey. Recognizing a gap in the
market for retreats, we aim to provide a service tailored to men who love golf
and are on a quest for increased recovery and tranquility in their sobriety.

 2:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Opening session with a Motivational Speaker.
 4:30 PM - 6:30 PM: Group Sessions
 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Welcome Dinner

Day 2: Friday - Golf and Meditation

 7:30 AM - 9:30 AM: TM Meditation Training and Breakfast


 10:00 AM - 11:00 PM: Group Transfer to Golf Club.
 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM: 18-hole Golf and Lunch
 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM: Group Dinner

Day 3: Saturday - Golf and Recovery Sessions

 7:30 AM - 9:00 AM: Breakfast at Leisure.

 12:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Lunch at Golf Course.
 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM: 18-hole Golf

Code of Conduct: While at the retreat, participants are encouraged to focus on


recovery and sobriety. If this does not align with their goals, the retreat may
not be the right fit.
